Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of wallstreetunc.com, including all services, digital products, coaching programs, and content offered by Wall Street Unc, operated by PopsBuilder Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, subscribing to any content, or otherwise engaging with the Wall Street Unc brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this site or purchase our offerings.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Coaching Services

Our coaching programs are designed to support finance professionals in navigating career growth, visibility, and promotion decisions. These services constitute professional career coaching, not financial, legal, investment, or psychological advice.

By engaging in a coaching program, you acknowledge:

• Coaching results depend significantly on your effort, implementation, and circumstances
• No specific outcome, promotion, salary increase, or career result is guaranteed
• All session content is confidential and not to be shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent
• You are responsible for decisions made based on coaching conversations
• Session scheduling is subject to mutual availability and our cancellation policy

Coaching engagements begin upon receipt of a signed agreement and applicable payment. Specific program terms, session cadence, and deliverables are outlined in your individual coaching agreement, which supplements these Terms.

Digital Products

Digital products, including guides, frameworks, templates, toolkits, and course materials, are delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share digital products with any third party
• Reproduce or republish any portion of digital product content
• Use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Modify or create derivative works without prior written permission

All intellectual property in our digital products remains the exclusive property of PopsBuilder Group LLC.

Paid Content & Subscriptions

Wall Street Unc produces premium written content published via Substack and other platforms. Subscriptions to paid content tiers are governed by the terms of the respective platform (e.g., Substack) in addition to these Terms.

All editorial content, including articles, newsletters, and Substack Notes, represents the opinion and perspective of the author based on professional experience. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or career advice tailored to your specific situation.

• Subscription access is personal and non-transferable
• Sharing login credentials or subscription content with non-subscribers is prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or restructure paid content offerings

SMS Messaging Program

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any form, checkout, or direct agreement with Wall Street Unc / PopsBuilder Group LLC, you consent to receive recurring automated and manual SMS text messages. Message use cases include:

• Coaching session reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Follow-up communications related to coaching inquiries submitted via wallstreetunc.com
• Service updates and program announcements
• Transactional messages related to purchases, enrollments, or account activity

How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP in reply to any message to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To resume messages, text START. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Frequency varies based on program activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. PopsBuilder Group LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Wall Street Unc. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location
• Recurring subscription charges are billed at the cadence selected at enrollment
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current to avoid service interruption
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access pending resolution

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For existing subscriptions, price changes will be communicated in advance with an opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests as follows:

Coaching Programs: Deposits and program fees are non-refundable once a coaching engagement has commenced. If you cancel before the first session, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, less any administrative fees.

Digital Products: All digital product sales are final. Given the immediate nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds after purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

Intellectual Property

All content on wallstreetunc.com, including but not limited to written articles, video content, frameworks, brand assets, course materials, graphics, and the "Wall Street Unc" name and persona, is the exclusive intellectual property of PopsBuilder Group LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may share links to publicly available content and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial commentary, provided you clearly attribute the source. Any other use requires prior written permission.

• You may not reproduce or republish articles or course content in full
• You may not use the Wall Street Unc name, brand, or likeness for any commercial purpose
• You may not scrape, aggregate, or train AI systems on our content without written consent

Disclaimer of Warranties

All content, coaching, and products offered through wallstreetunc.com are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Any coaching program will result in a specific career outcome or promotion
• Content will be error-free, complete, or current at all times
• The site will be available without interruption or free of technical errors
• Any strategy or framework will produce results equivalent to those described

Individual results vary. Testimonials and case studies represent specific experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopsBuilder Group LLC, its principals, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost career opportunities, or data loss.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service, product, or content at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Fraudulent payment or chargeback activity

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
